Winai Development works to develop business strategy and management. Development work often starts with a diagnosis - giving a basis for mobilising capacity and for action. Assessment is the point of departure to an interesting evolution.

Winai Development is also involved in constructing bridges by finding a common laguage and common concepts. Successful development is often created by bridging and meetings between different spheres. If we find common ground, we can continue our dialogue. And strengthen the bridge.

Winai Development - background
Winai Development started as a consultancy firm, focusing on meetings between ideologically based work, social responsibility and business. The firm was started by Peter Winai in 1987. I - Peter - felt a need to develop the middle ground, where many serious companies and organisations meet. In 1989 I produced a doctoral thesis, presenting research about interface organisations - linked to a market and to a governmental body.
